Emmanuel Adebayor signs 18 months deal with Turkish football club

Former Arsenal, Manchester and Tottenham striker, Emmanuel Adebayor has signed 18 months deal with Turkish Super Lig high flyers, Istanbul Basakehir. The deal had some hiccups after the club revealed they couldn't match his £58,000-a-week wage demands.

Emmanuel Adebayor had been without a club for the past six months after he was released by Crystal Palace.

Adebayor shared the news on his Instagram page and wrote;

"SEA, God has perfect timing; never early, never late. I am pleased to announce that I have reached an agreement with Istanbul Başakşehir FK. Theresa May set to meet US President Trump

British Prime Minister Theresa May is set to become the first leader to visit US President Donald Trump since his inauguration

Mrs May and Mr Trump will spend about an hour in face-to-face talks later today in the Oval Office.

The main topics of conversation are expected to be Britain's hopes of a free trade deal following Brexit and the two countries' shared security concerns.

Speaking to reporters on her flight to the US, ahead of a well-received speech to leading Republicans in Philadelphia, Mrs May said President Trump shared some of her political values, and that of Brexit Britain.

Amidst the fury of Nigerians who were not elated at the news of the maiden edition of Big Brother ‘Nigeria’ being staged in South Africa,the Nigerian government has ordered the National Broadcasting Commission(NBC) to investigate why it is being filmed outside the country.
The NBC is set to determine whether the firm,MultiChoice(a South African based entertainment firm),breached the NBC Code by staging the show in South Africa and whether it was involved in ‘possible deceit’ against the viewing public,according to Lai Mohammed,the Minister of Information and Culture. He also said, ‘As a country of laws,only the outcome of the investigation will determine our next line of action’.
But truly,what valid reason could they possibly have for not shooting a ‘Nigerian’program here in ‘Nigeria’. One of the ways in which we can promote tourist attraction to our country is being wasted away. However,there are some who claim that the reason why BBN is not being shot in Nigeria is because Nigeria does not have enough resources to back the program.

President Trump Set To Ban 3 African Countries From US Because Of This

US President, Donald Trump is about to sign executive orders that include a temporary ban on most refugees and a suspension of visas for citizens of seven predominant Islamic countries, including three from Africa.

The countries to be affected by the ban are Syria, Iraq, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and Yemen.

Responding to the spate of attacks across the world, Trump had vowed, in the buildup to the US presidential election, to temporarily ban all Muslims from entering the US until he figured out “what the hell was going on”.

Although the comment created uproar, some Republicans and his allies defended the ban, insisting that the measure was about Americans’ “safety” and not about discriminating against religion.

Trump is also expected to target legal immigrants as early as this week, White House officials said, by halting a decades-old programme that grants refuge to the world’s most vulnerable people.

The refugee policy under consideration would halt admissions from Syria.

Aziz Ansari didn't pull any punches when he took the stage on this week's Saturday Night Live, a day and a half after Donald Trump was inaugurated as President. “Pretty cool to know though that he’s probably at home right now watching a brown guy making fun of him," the Master of None star said, referring to Trump's history of tweeting his own reviews of SNL when the show features him.

Ansari suggested that you can't paint all of Trump's supporters with the same brush, comparing them to Chris Brown fans who are "just there for the tunes."

Man with the world's largest penis says he cant find any woman to sleep with him but refuses to reduce the size

Roberto Esquivel Cabrera's penis measures an astonishing 18.9inches, the largest in the world. The 54yr old from Mexico says the size of his instrument renders him unable to hold down a job so he has to rely on food banks for sustenance. He's not eager to chop off the inches however, he turned down a size reduction because he prefers fame to sex. Roberto gained worldwide fame in 2015 after he was filmed weighing his penis to prove its authenticity.

His penis measured half a metre to smash the record believed to have been held by American actor Jonah Falcon, whose penis was 9.5 inches flaccid, and 13.5 inches when erect.

Speaking to Barcroft TV, Roberto said:

Four dead as lorry rams into soldiers in Jerusalem

A lorry rammed into a group of Israeli soldiers as they got off a bus in Jerusalem, killing at least four people and injuring many more. 

A police spokeswoman said the truck veered off course and struck the soldiers who had just disembarked from a bus. She said the attacker, a Palestinian man, had been neutralized.
An Israeli bus driver who witnessed the incident said the truck ploughed into the soldiers and they fired on the driver who reversed direction and ran over them again.

He said: "They shot him, until they neutralized him."

Jennifer Lopez Granted Restraining Order Against Alleged Stalker

Jennifer Lopez has been granted a temporary restraining order against an alleged stalker who she claims has a history of violence.

The pop star’s lawyers filed documents in the LA Superior Court on Tuesday, January 3, seeking a restraining order against Timothy McLanahan, who they allege has sent the singer flowers and was previously arrested for driving onto her property.

“Suspect has driven his vehicle onto victim’s property and wants to see her and was arrested, follows victim by his own admission, suspect has history of violence and suspect continues to send mail and flowers to victim,” the court’s director of public information, Mary Hern said.

He has been ordered to stay 100 yards away from Lopez, her twins Max and Emme, their school and the family's home. He must also stay 100 yards away from J.Lo’s job or workplace and her vehicle. A hearing on the restraining order is set for January 24th. Lopez’s bodyguard alleged in the court documents that McLanahan is a transient and has previous arrests for threats and firearms violations, TMZ reports.
