Nigerian bobsled team will be country's first-ever Winter Olympics representatives

Nigeria's women's bobsled team has qualified for the 2018 Winter Olympics.

The three-member team — which was only formed in 2016 — is the first to represent Nigeria at the winter event, to be held in Pyeongchang, South Korea, in February next year.

Driver Seun Adigun, brakemen Ngozi Onwumere and Akuoma Omega, qualified for the event over five races held in Utah, Whistler and Calgary.

It was confirmed on Thursday that Firmino has switched to the vacant No.9 shirt following Mohamed Salah’s arrival from AS Roma, with the Egyptian forward to wear No.11 for Jürgen Klopp’s team.

80 dead after bomb goes off near German Embassies in Kabul, Afghanistan

Tiger Woods arrested on suspicion of DU

Tiger Woods has been arrested on DUI charges in Jupiter, Florida.

The golfer was stopped by cops early Monday morning for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He was taken in around 3 AM and released from Palm Beach County Jail at 10:50 AM.

You'll recall ... when Tiger and then wife Elin Nordegren got into their blowout fight back in 2009, he hit a tree while allegedly driving under the influence of Ambien. He was not charged with DUI at the time.
