Mother of Fetty Wap's Youngest Child Calls Him Out for Being an Absent Father

Fetty Wap and Masika Kalysha welcomed their baby daughter Khari to the world. The life-changing event was featured on this week’s episode of Love & Hip Hop, which depicted the parents as nothing less than a happy family; however, according to Kalysha, her baby daddy has been M.I.A. ever since.

During an interview on Power 106’s The Cruz Show, Kalysha was asked how the “Trap Queen” rapper has been handling his duties as a father, specifically when it comes to changing diapers.
“He hasn’t done anything actually,” she said. “The only changing he’s done is his personality.”
Ouch. The DJs then pointed out how Fetty previously stated he was going to be part of the child’s life, to which Kalysha responded: “He said a lot of things.”

 Kalysha announced her pregnancy back in December, reports surfaced that Fetty had questioned her decision to keep the baby. He also reportedly denied that he was the father and said he would not be around to help with the child.

Samsung suspends sales of Galaxy Note 7 after smartphones catch fire

Korean manufacturer confirms 35 cases of newly launched devices exploding while being charged and offers exchanges but stops short of full recall
Samsung has suspended sales of it's brand-new top-end Galaxy Note 7 smartphone and is offering replacements for anyone who has already purchased one, but has stopped short of a full recall.
Koh Dong-jin, president of Samsung’s mobile business, said on Friday, two weeks after the Note 7’s launch: “We have received several reports of battery explosions on the Note 7... and it has been confirmed that it was a battery cell problem. There was a tiny problem in the manufacturing process so it was very difficult to find out.”
Koh refused to name the supplier of the faulty battery, but said that Note 7s sold in China used batteries from a different supplier and were unaffected. He said that Samsung was working with two or three different battery suppliers for the smartphone, including its own Samsung SDI.
A Samsung spokesperson said: “To date there have been 35 cases that have been reported globally and we are currently conducting a thorough inspection with our suppliers to identify possible affected batteries in the market. However, because our customers’ safety is an absolute priority at Samsung, we have stopped sales of the Galaxy Note 7.
“For customers who already have Galaxy Note 7 devices, we will voluntarily replace their current device with a new one over the coming weeks.”

British woman held by French police over baby's death



A British woman is being questioned by French police after her five-month old baby was found dead at their holiday home.
 The child’s father discovered the lifeless body in a bed on Saturday morning and called the emergency services to the gite at Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle near Bayonne in the Basque region.
Paramedics were unable to revive the child. A doctor, who was called to the scene, declared it was not a “natural death”.
The woman, who has not been named, and her partner had spent a week at the gite with their two children, the eldest aged three, and were due to leave on Saturday afternoon.
According to French reports , the father got up early on Saturday morning and left the bedroom where the family was sleeping together in the same bed. When the mother, who is in her 30s, rose at 9am, her partner discovered the baby was dead and called the police. 
 Marc Mariée, the deputy public prosecutor at Bayonne, said “The suspicious death of a baby was confirmed at the scene.” He added that the police inquiry “very quickly moved towards the mother, who was taken into police custody in the morning. This custody has been extended.”
A postmorten examination is to be carried out in the next few days.

Kung fu star JackieChan to get lifetime achievement Award.


Chan Kong-sang, SBS, MBE, PMW, known professionally as Jackie Chan, is a Hong Kong martial artist, actor, film director, producer, stuntman, father and singer.
 also known for his awesome acting in popular films like;

Who Am I? 1998 and
Shanghai Noon 2000


 Jackie Chan will be awarded with an honorary Oscar by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences on November 12.
Chan will accept the Oscar alongside fellow honorees, film editor Anne Coates, casting director Lynn Stalmaster and documentary filmmaker Frederick Wiseman at the Governors Awards.

Chan is known for his acrobatic fighting style, comic timing, use of improvised weapons, and innovative stunts, in his movies. His first major breakthrough was the 1978 film, Snake in the Eagle’s Shadow.
His first Hollywood film was The Big Brawl in 1980. Chan succeeded in establishing a foothold in the US with his 1995 film Rumble in the Bronx.

The Honorary Award, an Oscar statuette, is given “to honour extraordinary distinction in lifetime achievement, exceptional contributions to the state of motion picture arts and sciences, or for outstanding service to the Academy.”

Nigeria expands it's limits on foreign currency use and stops (Forex) for study abroad


Nigeria has introduced foreign exchange controls in a bid to prop up its currency, These limits on foreign currency use have been expanded over the past year, and now include a ban on the use of Nigerian bank cards for payments or withdrawals overseas Earlier this month, Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari confirmed for the first time that the Central Bank of Nigeria would no longer allow foreign exchange transactions for payments for study abroad. 
This means that parents who need to acquire foreign funds to support their students abroad must now do so outside of official channels, at a much higher exchange rate, or via foreign currency accounts held abroad. 
 Nigeria is limiting the use of foreign currency in a bid to fight off downward pressure on the naira. The collapse in world oil prices has led to a steep decline in foreign currency revenues coming in to the country, and to a corresponding erosion in Nigeria’s foreign currency reserves. The CBN appears to be moving to protect its remaining forex reserves, in part so that those funds can be used to prop up the naira.
In informal markets, the exchange rate was reportedly running as high as N385–N420 per US dollar as of late-February 2016. This gap sets up a stark contrast between official and “unofficial” exchange channels where Nigerians can expect to spend twice as much for forex outside of CNB-sanctioned transactions. The CBN intervenes from time to time to make forex available at the official interbank rate but it is nowhere close to keeping up with demand.

No forex for study abroad

Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari announced the government’s decision to limit forex for study abroad in an interview with Al Jazeera earlier this month. “Those who can afford foreign education for their children can afford it but Nigeria cannot allocate foreign exchange for those who decide to train their children outside the country,” said the President. “We just can’t afford it. That is the true situation we are in.”
