Are Nigerians and Black Caribbean's Smarter Than African Americans?

Oshay Duke Jackson uploaded a video on  Mar 10, 2017 tackling  the tough subject: "Are Nigerians and Black Caribbean Smarter than African Americans?"

''This would also include blacks from other African countries most notably those who were former English Colonies. Many Africans and Black Caribbean people may feel that they are better than African Americans. This could be due to the paramount success that Black Africans and Caribbean people have had at the university level and professional level. However, the fact can remain that these people do not understand that African Americans also have bright and talented people. Black Africans and Caribbean people do not understand the struggle that many African Americans have went through in order to become full citizens in America. No group is not better than the other''
