The first is the before photo and the second is after makeup had been done by a makeup artist with the Instagram handle @paintdatface. The artist was able to use only makeup to transform a very pale white woman into a darker woman.

In 2016 Phyno dropped his second album titled 'Paymaker' and it had a song called 'I'm a fan' featuring Mr Eazi and Decarlo. Then two days ago, American singer and songwriter, Pia Mia, released a version of the same song 'I'm a fan' which featured singer Jeremih.

Tiger Woods arrested on suspicion of DU

Tiger Woods has been arrested on DUI charges in Jupiter, Florida.

The golfer was stopped by cops early Monday morning for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He was taken in around 3 AM and released from Palm Beach County Jail at 10:50 AM.

You'll recall ... when Tiger and then wife Elin Nordegren got into their blowout fight back in 2009, he hit a tree while allegedly driving under the influence of Ambien. He was not charged with DUI at the time.

Queen Elizabeth Visits Injured Children In Manchester Terrorist Attack

Queen Elizabeth II on Thursday visited several children injured in the terrorist attack at Manchester Arena, meeting patients and staff at the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital.

The royal family published photographs of the queen meeting teenagers Millie Robson and Evie Mills, aged 15 and 14, and 12-year-old Amy Barlow at the hospital, several children were among the 22 people who died in Monday’s attack at the end of a concert by US singer Ariana Grande, including an eight-year-old girl.

The queen earlier said 

she was “shocked by the death and injury in Manchester of so many people, adults and children, who had just been enjoying a concert.”

She paid tribute to the emergency staff and expressed “admiration for the way the people of Manchester have responded, with humanity and compassion, to this act of barbarity.”

Zimbabwe More Developed Than Nigeria (Mugabe)

President Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe, has said that his country is the “most highly developed country in Africa” after South Africa, even ahead of Nigeria and Egypt.

He opined this at the World Economic Forum on Africa in Durban, South Africa.

“After South Africa, I want to see what country has the level of development that you see in Zimbabwe.”

“We have over 14 universities and our literacy rate is over 90 [%] – is the highest in Africa.

“Yes, we have our problems… but we have resources, perhaps more than the average country in the world, is it gold, diamond, coal… and our agriculture is very viable and this year we will have a bumper harvest,” he said.

Zimbabwe is ranked 24th on the UNDP’s Human Development Index for Africa, and 154th in the world. Nigeria is in 152nd place

Uber faces criminal probe in US over 'greyball' code

Ride-sharing firm Uber is facing a criminal investigation by the US government.

The scrutiny has started because the firm is accused of using "secret" software that let it operate in regions where it was banned or restricted.

The software, called "greyball", helped it identify officials seeking to stop the service running.

A spokesman for Uber declined to comment on the investigation, reported the Reuters news agency.

It is claimed grey-ball was used in several areas, including Portland, Oregon, where the ride service was still seeking official approval to operate.

Bookings blocked

In those areas, transport regulation officials posed as passengers in a bid to prove that the company was operating illegally. Greyball worked out who the officials were and blocked them from booking rides with the company's drivers. 

In a letter sent last week to transport regulators in Portland, Uber said it used the greyball software "exceedingly sparingly" in the city and had not used it since April 2015 when it was granted permission to operate. 

Uber's use of the software was revealed by the New York Times earlier this year. Uber defended its use in a blog saying the software helped it work out if a ride request was legitimate. It helped Uber limit fraud and protect drivers from harm, it added.

It is not clear what sanctions Uber will face if the investigation finds that it did act illegally.

The criminal inquiry comes at a difficult time for Uber which has faced criticism on many fronts. It is currently fighting a lawsuit from Google-backed self-driving car firm Way-mo.
