We're told the pair hit up Los Angeles' newest posh restaurant, Delilah, and got cozy at a private table and were seen holding hands. As they left, an onlooker outside the restaurant said Amber was "all smiles."Amber and Val were also photographed getting cozy at her birthday party over the weekend.  

However, when asked about the romance rumors and the picture he posted from the celebration, Val played coy.
 "I can't control what people think,"I live my life and I try to live it, you know, the way I want to live it."
