North Korea's dictator and supreme leader Kim Jong-Un has banned his
citizens from making sarcastic remarks about his regime or government as
a mocking expression 'a fool who cannot see the outside world' is said
to be circulating rapidly in North Korea
Satire directed towards the regime and even indirect criticisms of
