Hailey Baldwin, 19, showcased her ginormous bling while grabbing lunch with singer Madison Beer in West Hollywood. The IMG model appeared to be wearing a cushion cut sparkler, featuring a halo of diamonds on the band. Of course, it immediately got us thinking: who is the lucky man!? Hailey was last romantically linked with Views rapper Drake, 29, in June, but she slammed rumors that she ever actually dated the Grammy winner. Justin Bieber, 22, also doesn’t seem to be an option, considering his steamy Hawaiian vacation with Sahara Ray in Aug.Ironically enough, Hailey has met Justin's’ new lady friend before, which is another reason her ring likely didn’t come from him. “Hailey and Sahara know each other,” According to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “They have mutual friends and run in the same circles,”an insider explained. Hailey did seem to consider the idea of a romance with Justin back in Jan., as the two were spotted making out during a tropical getaway. But that chapter seems closed, for now.

The pair have been photographed kissing before, and they even stepped out together in matching patterned ensembles at the Moschino Fashion Show in Los Angeles, CA in June. Hmm… it’s hard to say!
